Small Party Cooking Demonstrations

Small dinner parties double as cooking classes when the chef teaches as he cooks. You invite your friends, supply the wine/beer and choose the menu. A chef from Epicurean Experience shops for the food, arrives with all equipment, hands out a specialized, one-meal menu complete with recipes (eliminating the need for note-taking) and guides you and your friends through an entertaining, informative, and delicious cooking class. And when it's all over, your chef will handle all the clean-up. You can participate as much or as little as you like. With an in-home cooking from Epicurean Experience, you have total access and can ask any burning culinary questions on your mind. Learn new techniques and discover more about how cultures and their cuisines are inextricably linked, how food is related to the capabilities of the land and the philosophies of the people.
